PROJECT DELIVERY AND ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY
As a RISQS audited company we deliver full project scope under a range of different contractual engagements. We have successfully completed various different packages of works including specific design packs, specialist system engineering support, test and commission activities or full end to end project scope.
KBTL can also provide Engineering Consultancy Services from within our team to suit client specific requirements. These services can range from Specific System Engineers to Project Managers, or Site Engineers to Project Planners.
SISS AND OPS COMMS DESIGN PACKAGES
KBTL produces both SISS and Ops Comms outline and detailed designs, both as a single discipline or as part of larger multi-discipline schemes. Our designers have experience in producing designs in a wide variety of environments, as well as additional installation experience to ensure that the design is fully detailed and suitable for construction.
Project Controls
KBTL utilise a bespoke “one stop solution”, KBTL MOMENTUM©, for project controls and reporting. KBTL MOMENTUM© is an Earned Value based reporting tool that tracks project deliverables through defined lifecycle stages. Progress and Performance are quantified based on Project Schedule and facilitates tracking of delays and changes.
KBTL MOMENTUM© provides an interactive, real-time dashboard allowing users to filter information of relevance to them for ease of interpretation that can be replicated as required.
Health & Safety
We are committed to Health and Safety throughout the company with our employees, delivery partners and clients. Our safety processes are audited and reviewed by RISQS, British Assessment Bureau and Constructionline. KBTL has also attained SSIP Acclaim Accreditation.
Cyber Security
KBTL can advise and support clients with achieving relevant certification including NIRC, ISA/IEC 62443, NIS 2018, ISO/IEC 27001. Our team can provide independent 3rd Party Assessment of current or proposed Cyber Security solutions and identify a route to address any deficiencies. KBTL have experience engaging with independent cyber security assessment organisations to agree and manage testing activities and any associated remedial works required.
Rail Compliance
KBTL has robust company policies and processes that are governed by the Company Rail Management Manual. The management team hold quarterly reviews of required documented systems, which in turn are externally audited annually.
